Bobber Fishing Tips for Springtime Crappies
Wired2Fish’s Scott Glorvigen takes to warm mud-bottomed bays to dangle small minnows and finesse plastics to the beaks of hungry crappie. He shares pointers on when he opts for slip rigging, and when he converts to a simple fixed float position. Knowing when to do each, and how to rig live bait and jig and plastic combinations can be key to consistently catching slab crappie.

Great video I enjoyed watching your show where can I get a boat like that from
well once ive gone slip i never went back really, i mean if i want to fish shallow i just adjust it to that and so on so i never saw the need to have both options or switch back to fixed even though i hacked my bobber to do that ,for me the idea was to be able to remove the bobber off the line without having to cut and re tie like you would a center sliding bobber so that is the neat thing about it is having the option to put a slip bobber on when necessary with ease or remove it with ease in order to switch to a bottom rig setup by attaching on a snap swivel sinker
Do you put back the females full of eggs?
Nothing overly special in this video
Great video with awesome tips!
His first crappie was like…
What weight size do you use in fishing them shallow. I have 13 fishing gear.
