Fly Fishing the Skagit River
I wanted to hit the Skagit River and I ended up floating a section I had never scouted before. It was cool water, but only ended up landing one Bull Trout. This river is one of the few in Washington where you can actually target Bull Trout, which makes it pretty unique. I always practice strict catch and release, but since you are allowed to target Bull Trout here, I did lift the fish from the water for a quick video.
