I went to Fellsmere Outdoor Adventures – a bait shop located right next to some of the best fishing lakes in the country. This tackle shop has a bunch of soft plastic fishing lures, rods, and lake maps and Pat walked us through the store and told me about some giant bass caught on Headwaters and Stick Marsh!

Mikey thanks for doing this video. I just recently got back in to bass fishing. I started fishing the tournament trail that Pat, Jackie, Dave and Barry do at all the lakes you mentioned. I drive 3.5 hours from southeast Ga. All of them treat my wife and I like family. They are absolutely awesome! Love your channel brother!

Listen the dude owns a tackle shop, has one leg, sources not only local knowledge but every possible product and sells beer. I’m all in. That place couldn’t be any more America if a bald eagle greeted you at the door.

What a great place I hate that the big online shops have hurt so many of these mom and pop operations they are truely the center of bass fishing communities. I too try to stop and buy local when I’m traveling fishing they usually are so nice and a lot of the time can save your trip on a new lake. It’s worth it just to listen to the stories that are told.

Those of you that are close to these lakes are so damn lucky. There are two smaller lakes about 15 minutes from me. They both suuuuuck!
Land of the giants up there that’s for sure, got a 12 lber out of kville last year. Pat and jackie are great people visited them a few times while up there.

Dude these guys are amazing at this tackle shop! Have went in there everytime I visit headwaters and these guys are always trying to help you out with what's go on with the fishing for the week. So helpful with navigating the waters. Just absolutely wonderful people. If you plan a trip to fish headwaters or the surrounding lakes. THIS PLACE IS A MUST!!!!

Mikey!!! I love seeing you with Pat & Ms. Jackie at F.O.A.! Everytime I'm in Fellsmere, I stop by and make sure to spend some money with a local business. Make sure you pck up a paper map of Headwaters while there. Best plastics I use on Headwaters are black & blue, black & blue with blue tip, or junebug Aces, as well as the bigger 7" junebug burner worm. My first time on Headwaters Lake, first fish I caught was 8lbs even flipping a 5" junebug Ace on May 8th. Hooked on Headwaters and F.O.A. are hosting a summer tournament trail and the next stop is Blue Cypress Lake on August 15th, would love to see you there!!!
