Bought the 4W rod. Love it!>>>nub.best/mego Handles great. Matched it with a Pfleuger Automatic reel and very happy with the combo. The rod has a nice feel holding, casting and retrieving. Caught some small panfish and was a lot of fun. I previously bought a 7W Maxcatch rod and was very satisfied with. A fly fishing pro I know tried the 7W and was very impressed. Very pleased also with the Maxcatch fly lines. You do not have to buy expensive equipment to fly fish and be successful. Maxcatch is my "go to" brand.
