I have a great recipe and do love them but had so many jalapenos from the garden, I decided to make a bunch of poppers to freeze for later. Not many of these recipes out there. So happy you made this one. I wasn't sure how to cook them after they have been frozen – do you thaw completely first? Thanks so much for this video!!!

We were recently blessed with a huge box of jalapenos and I have been looking for some ideas on how to use them. My family loves jalapeno poppers and I will be trying this with some of the peppers. Thanks for sharing!
The heat actually comes from the membrane, as you call it. The ribs and pith inside the peppers contain the Capsaicin which gives peppers their heat. I usually leave some of the ribs just for that reason. I didn't know they had Jalapeno cream cheese though. I'll have to be on the lookout. 🤗
