Even with everyone involved knowing they have no money to enforce these no fishing zones and that the economic impact will be unrecoverable to small coastal zones [since bans are permanent] the California marine panel [yes, just like our own ODFW commission panel] decided to go ahead with 30 new M.R.'s off the coast of Mendicino....

When you read this you may note that it states that the victors here are "conservationists" but this is false reporting since conservationists are both official and un-officail stewards or managers of the land and sea. The people who did this are flat out radical funded anti fishing eco enviro's.

Do not be fooled by the implimentation of just a few small Marine reserves off the Oregon coast. If you have been following what I have been posting on this, my home fishing grounds, you would see what is happening down there. Fishing is going away!

California adds 30 new marine reserves with no one to enforce. Eco's prevail, more california fishing bans on the Mendo coast line (http://www.sacbee.com/capitolandcalifornia/story/2086696.html)

Fishing is going away, one small piece at a time! JUST SAY NO TO OREGON MARINE RESERVES! THEY ARE FOREVER AND THE CLOSURES NEVER CEASE!

I've seen a lot of SoCal scuba divers enter the water in unprotected sections, go get their catch in the protected zone, then exit again in the unprotected area. That's legal, because there's no proof they didn't harvest in the unprotected zone. Immorral but legal. :(
