Hi all first off thanks for the read.
Feels weird to be a new-b on a PNW fishing forum.
I was pleased to see that this forum was founded
by a Gentlemen I have had the pleasure of fishin next
to a few times.. My Moniker Originates from fishing a
Steelhead stream in the prime of the summer
steel fishery. I was only able to hook into returning
URB's, I did however manage to bonk one of these beautys
and manage a steelhead. (Chinookjinxed) ha ha...

Please introduce yourself as it will spare me the pain
of figuring out who you all are !

Ha dont know guess I was behind the time.
And you bet got my hands full with them and
some fallie fishing... Out of work, so im really
putting some work in out there. I dont know
that creek is gonna have to get ALOT of rain before
I go back. Have you been down to check it out this year ?

Anywho when it rains I will be here there and everywhere
under the sun !

Welcome, we don't really have that "noobie" attitude here so no worries at all.

I'm a newbie. Retired college administrator.

Just starting salmon fishing in Puget Sound and loving it. Don't have a boat, but found the pier just north of the Hood Canal Bridge. Met this Fed Ex Driver on her lunch break; she showed me how to cut bait and rig up herring, and showed me how to determine if it was done correctly. Am so grateful. Got two strikes right away and am now an addict for salmon. :)

Welcome and enjoy your new addiction. :) It's horrible when you can't get your fix.
