take your favorite wobbler, and on the split ring that your hook goes on add a 6 ball beadchain. This makes where you will tie your knot extend slightly beyond the hook.
For the photo I only have a single hook. For B-10 trade that single hook for a herring double hook rig or a spinner.
Leader length: when you have the hook of the spinner or herring rig in the hook eye on the rod, you should have the diver or swivel the lead line is attached to a couple inches away from the tip guide on your rod.
I run #10-15 heavier line ahead of the wobbler than I do for the leader material.

Now it's a race to see who can get the first salmon double on one rod this fall!
Ps with the way I rig this (in the picture) we almost never get any fouling if you let it out a slow as your regular diver,flasher,spinner/bait combo. It does however sometimes be a pain in the butt while stowing the rods near eachother.
An additional side note, This also works for springers...
