Here is what I got back from ODFW.
We followed up on your report of dead fish in Big Creek. However, our contacts with folks in the area (OSP, hatchery staff, and district staff) indicated that no large scale problems were found with dead fish. So it seems that the fish you reported were not part of a larger problem, and any mortalities may have been limited or localized.
So thankfully, it wasn't too big of an issue that Josh saw.
