Thread: Next UFC.... 126!

  1. Default Next UFC.... 126!

Here is a link to the fight infor:

Please, for the love of humanity, let Belfort destroy Silva!!!

    He probably won't, though.

How 'bout Jon "bones" Jones? That guy is amazing. He's going a long way! Amazing Judo and freestyle wrestling throws and crazy backfists. No stalling and full of surprises. Makes GSP fights seem even more boring than they really are.

Any thoughts on those or the other cards?

I think it'll depend on what Vitor Belfort shows up on fight night. He seems to have some mental issues when it comes to fighting, the guy has all the tools and more to beat Silva, it will just come down to his mindset and if he can put everything together to make it happen. I know when he seemed to be having issues years back he was going through a family crisis with his sister missing and maybe that's what was causing that, he has looked great in his last few fights and I believe he will be the biggest test of Anderson Silva's career. I think Rich Franklin takes his fight easily, I think he's better at every aspect than Forrest, the only fight I've ever been impressed with Forrest was when he beat an injured gassed out Shogun Rua. And if Jon Jones wins I hope they give him a big next fight, like the winner of the Griffin vs Franklin fight, or Thiago silva.

If this is the fight card with Torres v Banuelos... both better step-up, and grind! These two are some of the most exciting fighters out there, and I hope they put on a good show. Should be a good card.
Belmont, who's gunna be there?! It is a great venue!

I'm not rooting for Franklin, I just don't see where Forrest beats franklin. Forrest doesn't have knock out power, Franklin does. And Franklin wins in the chin department if you ask me. Forrest got knocked out by a walking backwards bit*h slap from Silva, atleast it takes several blows to put Franklin away. We'll see what happens, that's what makes this an interesting fight!

They both need to cinch down their Huggies and go to town!
Would be nice to see Griffen win, has seem'd kind of over the hill in the UFC. Been around the block a lil bit. But so has franklin... we'll see tho! Can't wait to see you guys at the Bel.

I like forrest better, but that silva fight was really odd. must have been paid pretty good for that flop .

Looks like I'm not gonna get to see the rematch I want so badly anytime soon.. sonnen v silva will have to wait awhile... Not gonna get to see the akiyama fight in 128 either.
I was looking forward to him mopping up Silva the next time around, but that's gonna be back burner for a bit!
