    Default New Eugene Member

    I just found this site over the weekend, and registered right away, especially when I saw who the Forum's Administrator was. I was very anxious to be a good contributing member, especially for some of you who looking for reports down here in the South Willamette Valley.
    I am an Oregon native, and lived the first 50 plus years in the Portland Metro area. I fished for all runs of Salmon and Steelhead in the Sandy, Clackamas, Willamette, and Columbia rivers. Now over the last 6 plus years I have learned a great deal about the rivers in the Eugene area rivers. I especially love fishing for Winter Steelhead along Lake Creek, a tributary of the Siuslaw river. My next favorite place is Summer Steelhead along the shores of the fantastic McKenzie River.

    I look forward to being a part of this group of crazed fishers of men & women.

    Hey glad ya finaly made it over Drachir, make yourself at home, we can always use any help we can get. We are starting to get a decent amount of south valley members now : ) Hope you enjoy hanging out here with us all!

    Yeah! Welcome. Can't wait to hear the exploits of our ever growing So. Willy Valley fisher fiends!
    Also very excited to see a couple of the Summers you hook on the Mac! I only ever fished it as a young teen! I miss that part of the valley!
