    Thumbs up Clearwater National Forest

    I got a chance to visit a truely spectacular part of the Northwest this week on business. I thought I would snap a few photos along the way. yes these are camera phone pics but my Droid is 8.0mp so no too shabby. now if only I could take pics without getting my big, fat, sausage fingers in the way.

    My trip took me through Idaho almost to the montana border. I followed Hwy 12 along the Lochsa River much of the way, here are a few pics of this emerald green gem.

    Looks like theres some mighty fishy water in there! Didn't happen to drop a line out there now did ya? Nice trip none the less!

    I certainly wanted to wet a line, but my timeframe was short, and from what I saw(via Gabe) all trout and Steelhead fishing was closed. but mark my words, I will get back there someday...

    That is some beautiful contry up there. I kind of grew up there. Fishing use to be great there.
