We didn't catch a ton of fish, but we got some every trip out in the boat and some from the bank (boat tied up) too. Some trout, largemouth and bluegill.
Good trip, nice and relaxing, great food, weather behaved

I'll let Gabe elaborate on the "one that got away" this morning. That is, once he's come to terms with it, and after a little therapy he may be willing to discuss

Dude, I can't believe you brought that up so soon! I'm still crushed.

Camping with kids is exhausting, I'm going to go crash. My daughter demands to keep fishing till we catch fish, she's awesome. And from the attitude my son has (trying to have hands on the rod while strapped to my chest), family days on the water are in our future.
