    Default Projects...

Been fairly busy melting metals together.
Right now Im contracted by a company called EDGE Rescue. They manufacture the sleds, or "toboggan's" that Ski Patrolers uses to transport injurd skiers, and snowboarders to the bottom of the hill.
Pretty cool gig right now. Im not tryin to stick my foot in the door, but Ive got some really simple ideas that could make these things a whole 'nuther world! I am trying to develop a chair lift loader that doesnt require any special arangements with the lift operators. Its comin. Soon. Anyhoo, Ill get some promo pics up soon, but for now... Heres what yers truly does when the river doesnt wanna play ball!

    Default Nice.

    Greetings All.

It Just So Happens I Have 2 College Degrees.

One In Manufacturing Tech And The Other In Yep You Guessed It...Computer Aided

    Drafting/Design.

I Prefer Using Solid Works [Catia Light], And Then Finish Up Converting To Mastercam.

Maybe Machine It Out On The Mori Or Haas.

I Can Jam In Autocad As Well, The Conversion To Machining Just Takes A Little Longer.

I Enjoy Mechanical, But I Can Do Other Disciplines Too.

Normally, I Don't Just Start Puking Out My Resume [Boring], But All This Talk Of

Welding And New Ideas. Just Thought I Would Chime In.

Anyhow - It's Nice See People Have Real Lives And Other Real Hobbies, And That

They Are Some How More Human And Not Just Fishing Terminators [FishTerm Model

    101].

    Sarrah Conna??

    PEACE -

Ian, i'm impressed as well too! Welding in general is what I want to become more involved with and when I can I hope to get some schooling in for it. I've spent my Highschool career involved with welding (mostly arc) but have done cutting as well. Get work done son an looking forward to this project!

Camo? Oh, you mean the clothes I wear everyday! HA! Ive got at leat a half dozen of those King's hoodies!

Al, you Barn Burner. Lemme know if you ever need help, or if your dad ever want some stuff done too!

Kevin, I have 2 College degrees as well! My first was a Fisheries Tech thru MHCC, and a few yrs ago I completed the Welding Technology course thru CCC. I am a certified welder... Unlimited thickness, in all material. Any position too!

Thanks Brad. I have a cabinet maker that prototypes all of the jigs I use. Without him, I would be lost. I too have a respect for the craftsmen of the world! Hahahaha! Nymph'r-Maniac!

Stephan, CCC has a great welding program, but so does the Rock Creek campus of Mt Hood CC. Check it out. The first term I was a part time student, and part time angler... I got my 2 yr degree in one whole school year, plus a summer term. I was certified for Stainless, and Aluminum within 6 months, and Mild steel I was certified up to 1" plate while attending school. Its do-able dude! Consistent work is hard to find, the skills learned are invaluable. Plus I have a trade to fall back on when I strapped fir cash.
