That kid is just a total tool...if my kids pulled that heaven help them...one way ticket to military school...
I really blame the parents for letting them behave like that...just sad...

Bless you. I thought the same thing but didn't want to say that. I was a little older and my parents gave me a station wagon to get around and get a job and to get back and forth and I was damn glad to have it. It got me from Idaho (where there were no jobs at the time) to Portland and a job. That was almost 40 years ago!
