Weirdest smoked foods

Well I know I've gotten bored (like now) in the past and threw random things on the Treager, and pleasantly many have turned out awesome.

1. Cookies, especially peanut butter ones rule.
2. sourdough bread is pretty awesome, did that today along with a bunch of blocks of cheese.
3. orange slices were pretty good.
4. well really most fruit turned out well.
5. Pizzas are incredible.
6. Lasagna, no need to say more
7. Salmon and tuna casserole

What odd thing did you throw on the smoker that turned out awesome?

Pumpkin pie this year, and squash, along with slices of cuke's and we even tried to smoke a pickle... It works! and its pretty good!

Not as odd as you guys but the cold smoked hard boiled eggs (hickory) are damn good. You think you're eating bacon but know it's an egg...

I like to pour some olive oil into a pyrex dish and run it on the top rack of the smokjer while I'm smoking other stuff. I use that smoked olive oil in the kitchen while I'm cooking other things... Like smoked salt

I have a buddy that smokes rice before its cooked. Was pretty darn good.

Oil is a good idea, Can't believe I haven't heard of that before.

I'm gonna try that rice idea tomorrow when I get home!
Already have a 25lb batch of beef jerky hittin the racks
