Default 920-acre former ranch on CR to be restored to estuary and prime fish habitat

    http://www.oregonlive.com/environmen..._on_colum.html

Pretty interesting article by the Oregonian about how a 920-acre farmland on the lower CR has been purchased by the BPA and the Columbia Land Trust and will be used to restore prime habitat for juvenile fish. Talk about a project that's close to home for me! And SgtAbe, if I recall And talk about my future dream job!

Here's a short video by the BPA talking about the same information.

This is awesome news sounds like a great step in the right direction. Glad your other post reminded me of this post Teddy. I started to say how great it was when you first posted but thought I should read the whole thing first. And then forgot to get back to it. Thanks for the encouraging info!
