I'll be interviewing with Randy next week. So far I hear it's 19 people vying for one position. :/

Out of 31 applicants, I got the job. Super stoked to get paid all summer to catch fish on the Willamette. Gotta sign up to get my boaters card as I'll be learning how to drive a 26' jet boat, and they're buying me another set of waders and boots!

Dude, that is truly awesome. Congratulations! Driving a 26' jet boat sounds pretty kickass!

For those curious, it looks like I will be staying at Hatfield Marine Science Center for the summer in an apartment. Rent's cheap, and its really close to the office I'll be working out of. If you are ever in the area and want to say hi, let me know!
