these showed up around 10 pm they are called venticular(might be spelled wrong) but are very high in the atmostphere and not very common but it looked like a lighning strike that just stayed for about 10 minutes. Sorry about the quality my kid did the video and didnt know to change the settings.[IMG][/IMG]

That is odd, not sure if my camera could have got that either. It may have had enough light but it has a hard time focusing on low light non solid objects. Maybe on "Auto-night, point and shoot" mode lol...

they were really bright for that time of night and they were a relly pretty green color they looked like ice but it is because they are so high they catch the sun longer into the dark they are the highest of all clouds I think the news people said about 50 miles up.
