    Default Chunky Sea Bass from the rocks??

    SO this guy gets lucky I think, bags a huge bass off the rocks trying to show people how to catch them...

    Lol, I heard "Ummm, or Uhhhh" so many times that I couldn't listen to what he was saying and was just counting them.

    Those fish around 3 pounds are mega wormy a lot of the time on our coast, I like to trade 'em out for the ones around 1.5 to 2lbs.

    The lingcod are back offshore for the most part by now, so the prime time for the jetties is over for most folks - there are lots of greenling and black rockfish to be had on the right tide series this time of year, and the perch are still around the steep beaches!

    I was just amazed to see a bass that big come off the rocks. I always forget to go do this when the winter is ending. The last time I did thought we got some small bass and they were some of the best tasting fish we have had. No boat means life on the rocks hehe
