Whenever I do a task, I like to find ways to do it efficiently. I know a lot of people here use craigslist to find things so I would like to show you how I use craigslist to speed up my searching.
How many times have you gone to craigslist and looked at an item, then you have to click on the link to see the pic of the item (if there is one) and when you're done you go back to the main listing?
Well here is a neat little utility you can use to view the main listing with the pics. This method is for Firefox, if you're not using Firefox, I suggest you switch to it promptly!
PLEASE NOTE I DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU MESS UP YOUR COMPUTER DOING THIS.
1. Go to this link https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748 and click on Add to Firefox. This will install the greasemonkey script that you need.
2. Now go here http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/24089 and click on "install". This will install the thumbnail preview.
3. Once installed, restart your browser and go to craiglist and check it out.
It should look something like this
A picture is worth a thousand words! Let me know if this helps any of you!
