The most INSANE conditions I’ve ever fished in the Winter!!! Trekking a mile through a foot of snow to fish a half frozen pond… The odds were heavily against us, but we soaked our lines in the near impossible conditions and were handsomely rewarded with some icy bass!

Nice reel so far enjoyable.fishing recommend used it for about an hour after getting it from Amazon and functioned flawlessly. Very smooth retrieve and the anti reverse is perfect. Feels like a reel that would be double the price.

Yo this man CRUSHED it for those conditions dude…I know what itโs like being out here in southeastern MA…half frozen ponds the whole nine yards. Youโre fishing for A BITE literally. Like you said, set the hook on anything that feels heavier than the rig youโre fishing and youโd be amazed what end you getting dragged to shore. Those fish are lethargic to the point where they are at times, literally indistinguishable from a clump of weeds until they give a little kick half way through the fight. Fishing at its toughest. Good looks on posting this video because it depicts how rough those conditions really are

Those ponds are just about in my backyard. God id love to fish them. Just about to start taking my little guy this spring. Anybody know if cattail creek holds any fish? It's in my backyard and it has beautiful holes and great flow. Looks like trout heaven and my section of it is very close to where it enters triadelphia reservoir. Cattail creek and patuxent river intersect at the head of the reservoir. The Patuxent river is stocked with trout at the bridge on 97 which is just yards from where it intersects cattail creek at the head of the reservoir. It is lure only catch and release. Am I crazy to think some trout may have possibly made it up into Cattail creek? I wonder if they move that much? Anyway great video once again it's always fun to see obscure local spots like this. Against all odds and still catch a few lol
