How To Put A Floor In A Jon Boat: (DIY)
We bought the foamulate board at Lowe’s.
Video was uploaded in 2018, as of 3/29/22, the floor has held up pretty well.
we glued the gray top pieces down with spray adhesive. although i would suggest using something more permanent. because they do flap around and come loose at some points.

They make a little hand saw roofers cut roofing foam with. Would save you tons of time compared to box cutter

Just score the foam and break it. Doesn’t have to be perfect.
I used to do professional insulation, best way to cut that board is with a circular saw, quick, straight
