I have a question why is Florida always the last or close to the last to do anything to help their people when everything's so sky high across the board why do the Florida radians have to suffer as much as we have suffered

Most states do some sort of Double Bucks with EBT program. Spend $20 on EBT and get $40 in value at Farmer's Markets
ARKANSAS WILL NOT GIVE US ANY
I/we normally only qualified for $18 a month.. so the extra (total of $439 a month) has literally been a lifesaver thru this mess. I want this all to be over ,, but definitely don't look forward to goin back to that $18 😕 Personally I don't think that low amount should even be a thing.. if u qualify- then u qualify & should get an amount that actually helps out,, not just milk, eggs & bread 1or2 times a month! It should also be easier to qualify too, like seniors & disabled should qualify automatically bc u know they're on a fixed-income, & even the higher end of a fixed-income is crap🙁

I think it's sickening only certain states of getting food stamps why they so privileged
you're right that little raised we got in in January they took most of my food stamps a way to I got $20 we supposed to thank them for that I don't think so

I found this for my State published June 13th 2022
Connecticut was approved for an emergency allotment extension in June 2022. The extra benefits will be issued on June 16. According to their waiver, they plan to issue the extra benefits on “June 16 as well as subsequent Fridays until all apps. are completed.”
