While we didn’t catch bass on every bait in the box, we had a ton of success! We found the fish right where they should have been. We explored a creek channel and found jig fish holding on laydown logs and brush.
We tried deep breaks and found big fish schooling on the ledges willing to eat the lipless crankbait and jerkbait. Then we moved to points and back of coves with docks and found schooling bass in both locations that were willing to eat squarebill crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and underspins.
Fall bass fishing can be amazing! The fish are in different locations thank they’ve been all summer but they are extremely predictable now. If you aren’t sure where to look, check out this video:

Hi guys! I love bass fishing and live in the Midwest. Fish about 3-4 days a week — I CANNOT find them — and am starting to question myself. Last catch of decent size large-mouth was 10/27, but haven't found any pattern, etc. Any advice??? Never been this frustrated, but still want to figure it out!!!!
Thanks Tim and thanks Matt I really appreciate you guys sharing and validating what you speak! In my humble opinion and the 2 whole cents it's worth, I believe you guys have 28,000 viewers who take their bass fishing seriously. Although we have faith in you guys it's still nice to see you turn water into wine.
Looks to me like Crankbaits in shad, chartreuse and ghost we're number one for the day??
I hope to get out for more fall bass. Great video! I gave this a like
