We went out to the flea market Saturday. There are still no N95 masks to be had. Crappy Tire has stopped carrying them, so as to not divert any supplies from front line workers (my wife works @WallyWorld putting together the phone in & Ecommerce orders, so Crappy IS PREVENTING front line workers from getting needed supplies!) The hardware store in the next town finally got in fabric masks with PM2.5 liners, but the liner pockets are too big to be useful IMHO. (Beard's off now, again, but it may be full again by the next time I have to go in to town again…)

Be like back a couple of years ago when I threw the smart phone away. "Phone me now you bastards", I said.
Mind you, I only had the phone for business and when I lost the business, I clung to the phone like it was a soother.
I guess I'll be able to "visit" you here if I want to go sit IN PUBLIC at the coffee shop. I'd be fine with that if there were no people to consider, but it's so rare to find "no people" in a public coffee shop.
Need me a private coffee shop eh?

i just went for a quick grocery run, ended up going to 3 grocery stores before I found one where some folks were wearng masks…no enforcement. My state (OR) is on the rise again and there is talk about rolling back the relaxing and 're-opening' we are having more and more new cases each day. I have no idea what people are thinking, taking their families out without proper PPE, lots of kids too! argh.
Thank you for putting on the John Hopkins site and the numbers to remind me, I do live near the NYC epicenter but even here people are starting to let their hair loose it is summer plus the horrible paradoxical info they are getting has made some people really feel it is all about fear, no it is only partially about fear.
Wonder if anyone has assessed rubberised, reuseable respiratory protection (thinking specifically about the half mask)?
Has this Covid-19 event helped trim down or make Hospital working practices/ systems more efficient?
Here in Britain, people must swallow their self-centred outlook and arrogance on life and acknowledge the pandemic. A hell of a lot of people still are walking around as if it's just another News story.

Just came across this article about a face mask and PPE store that has opened up in Toronto. They are located in the Junction and they have a sign that says People before Profit. It sounds like they sell face masks and PPE for reasonable cost. Have you heard of this place? Pink eye as well huh? Well now that I have heard that bit I am pretty sure I did not have the flu in Jan. Hubbie worked near Seattle from 1/2/20 till end of April coming home every 10 days for 4 days consistantly. I had what I thought was a cold with hard cough and fever for a week then into the worst flu. Kept the fever under 100 and all the home care etc..I slept for 12 hours after total exhaustion and woke without as much pain and no fever. Went ahead and took advil and within the hour back in pain then news says no advil. When that dose wore off pain level dropped. All told a month of being I'll. Interesting part is I had passed out 3 days prior to onset and got a concussion. No one could tell me why I passed out. After I was feeling well I developed pink eye and called in for drops. They said they thought viral so wait a week. I did and it went away by itself.
The hubbie was a walking sanitizing station during all of this time but staying in a hotel when out of town. We still have a sanitizing station at the front door. We really could have not been any more careful. Those little toe are definitely inflammatory response. I have had them enough to know.
Our southern border of our state is getting hit hard now with 16 new cases yesterday. The good news is there have been no more deaths and no more hospitalizations. Seems to be a cluster of family. In our county and those around us we have had no new cases since in months which is what I watch. However where the newest cases are they are concerned about the waste water management system being involved? I see my rhumatoid doctor in 2 weeks and am interested in what she says as I had a slight reaction to my biologic injections during the month I was I'll which has not happened prior or since. I am curious if they may have helped me through covid if I indeed had it. Maybe an antibody test? Probably no where to be found in Montana.

Not sure how one is going to wear a mask as a patient at the dentist…
our area was doing fine then there was a out break at a local fish possessing plant, went from like 12 in our county to over 200 in a week…which is strange as they are saying the new Chinese out break was again related to a fish market they said covid was found on a salmon cutting board and pulled all salmon of the market… who knew that the this little toe game was really a health check
I don’t believe this at all, I do believe they are spraying stuff in the air and this is Ming to the ground and people are tracking these chemicals into the homes and these kids walk around barefoot and are getting uptake of these chemicals and this is causing the allergies and burning of the skin. This isn’t covid related, covid is a basic flu, these are not the related!
All these symptoms are related to chem trail exposure and heavy metal and other toxic chemicals that effect our respiratory, the planes are putting mass amounts of spray during our sleeping hours and many have shown these planes over the past few months to be military planes.
