Overall enjoyable.fishing recommend I feel the Shadowfire 360 offers excellent value for those who are new to tenkara and don't want to break the bank on their first rod purchase.

I wasn't sure what to expect with these rods I took one out for a spin on Sunday, and was casting 35-45 feet across open water. The first fish I hooked into had just breached a second or two before, and the rod had the accuracy to drop the fly right where the fish was. I've not yet fished with a really expensive fly rod, but this rod feels nice, it's well balanced, and it casts way better than the starter kits I've used in the past.

yes it can be I'm not sure why this guy is doing it downstream is most nymphing is done upstream or across. Check out Manic Fly Casting roll cast that guy is an absolute master.
I mean I'm sure the guy is a good fisherman but a) there's no distance on those casts, b) it doesn't explain line upstream casts and c) I feel sorry for anyone who considers that a good fish. Enough said.
that is a gorgeous fish? That is hilarious. I have never seen a smaller more pathetic rainbow. Haha. I had been fishing like a week and I caught one a little bigger than that and my friends laughed at me.
I wonder whether the roll cast is only for casting downstreams or if you can use it for upstream fishing.
